Refurbishment of office block to apartments in Beeston

Location: Beeston, Nottingham

Contract Duration: 1 day

This project was a conversion into 25 separate apartments over 3 story's. We supplies and installed a 500 gauge slip membrane and a 6mm expansion perimeter strip to all walls. Levels were then taken and a 40mm-63mm screed was pump placed to 570 square metres. We selected Tarmac's Gyvlon Screed A (Anhydrite liquid screed) for this project. Over 32 cubic metres was supplied and fitted in one day. Back To List
